My journey with photography began years ago when I was given an old Pentax SLR as a gift back in grade 8. Since that day, my parents have bugged me about my evergrowing collection of seemingly unimportant photographs an old window, a pair of shoes at the front door or a bowl of cherries on the kitchen table. To my parents, those photos might seem funny. To me, those photographs are the most interesting. Those photographs tell a story.
Beyond early experiences with my old Pentax camera, my experiences in photojournalism & graphic design have developed my story-telling abilities over time. I love working with couples & families to capture their unique story, whether it's a big celebration, like a wedding, or just a Saturday afternoon in the park.
I know there are millions of photographers out there who can take a great picture, but for me, its always been about everything in between. During a photo session with me, you can expect to laugh, cuddle, dance, be silly & even share a quiet moment with the one you love. No need for posing! I want to capture moments that tell your story.
